  2. Relevant request transaction hash, settlement transaction hash, or withdrawal record ID.
  3. What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  4. Any screenshots or time windows that help reproduce the issue.

Deposit not credited yet?

If your USDC or BNB top-up was sent to the platform wallet but has not appeared in your balance, sign in with the sending wallet and submit the transaction hash below. We will try to recover it automatically.

Please connect the same wallet that sent the deposit. We only auto-recover transfers sent from the signed-in wallet to the configured treasury wallet.
